一种宽带梳状线电调滤波器的设计
A Design of Broadband Comb Line Electric Tunable Filter
摘要
Abstract
The design of electric tunable broadband comb line filter is introduced in the paper. Using four order varactor loaded terminal short circuit,filter input is equipped with single stage self-bias circuit. Within the zone,ups and downs is small. Loss is small in low frequency. Test shows its working frequency range of 668.6 MHz~1300 MHz,insertion loss of less than 6 dB,3 dB bandwidth less than 5%and resistance's suppression ratio for 45 dB with rectangular factor of 5.关键词
