LUO Wei-sheng's Experience of Treating Epigastric Fullness
摘要
Abstract
Professor LUO Wei-sheng thinks that the cause of epigastric fullness is mainly due to interior deficiency and invasion of the interior of the body by pathogenic factor resulting from taiyang syndrome purgative errors,but partly due to improper diet,liverstomach disharmony,emotional depression,insufficient middle-energizer qi,recurrent invasion by exogenous factor,etc.The pathogenesis of epigastric fullness focuses on spleen-stomach qi deficiency,unsmooth qi activity of the middle energizer,qi stagnation,cold and heat disorders,intermingled deficiency and excess.Professor LUO Wei-sheng uses Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction to treat the disease.In clinical practice,he treats the same disease with different therapy,distinguishes between cold and heat,between deficiency and excess.Qifang Weitong Powder (QFWTS) is his clinical experience prescription resulting from his past 30 years' clinical practice,can inhibit inflammatory mediators,repair gastric mucosal injury.关键词
