Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Musk Kyushin Pills in combination with Sofren Injection on acute non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.Methods:Eighty-four patients with acute non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction who were treated in our hospital's cardiology department between May of 2014 and Mav of 2015 were chosen as the research subjects,and divided into the control group and the research group according to random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were treated with Sofren Injection,while the ones in the research group were added Musk Kyushin Pills based on the treatment of the control group.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 71.43％,while that of the research group was 90.48％;And the research group was better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the research group's hs-CRP and IL-6 levels were better than those of the control group(P ＜ 0.01);Its three triglyceride,total cholesterol and blood rheology index were better than those of the control group(P ＜ 0.01).The difference in the two groups' adverse reactions was not statistically significant(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Musk Kyushin Pills in combination with Sofren Injection has a remarkable clinical curative effect on acute non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction,can regulate lipid metabolism,improve blood rheology,and reduce serum inflammatory responses.关键词
