通腑泄热汤治疗脑梗死痰热腑实证40例
Forty Cases of Cerebral Infarction of Phlegm Heat and Visceral Excess Syndrome Treated with Tongfu Xiere Decoction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Tongfu Xiere Decoction(TFXRD) on cerebral infarction of phlegm heat and visceral excess syndrome.Methods:Eighty patients with cerebral infarction of phlegm heat and visceral excess syndrome who were treated in our hospital between May of 2012 and May of 2015 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the research group,with 40 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the research group were added TFXRD based on the treatment of the control group.Then the clinieal curative effects of the two groups were observed.At the same time,the two groups' neurological deficit,Barthel index (BI) and Rankin scale (MRS) score before and after treatment were scored.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 62.50％,while that of the research group was 92.50％,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).After the treatment.the two groups' neurological deficit scores and MRS scores were significantly lower than those before the treatment,the BI scores were significantly higher than those before the treatment,all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the research group's neurological deficit score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference has statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05),but in terms of BI and MRS scores,the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05 ）.Conclusion:TFXRD has a remarkable clinical curative effect on cerebral infarction of phlegm heat and visceral excess syndrome,can effectively improve the patients' neurological deficit condition.关键词
