Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of method of boosting qi and nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation on hemorheology of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:Seventy-two patients with diabetic nephropathy who were treated in our hospital between Jan.of 2015 and Jan.of 2016 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were treated with Irbesartan,while the ones in the observation group adopted method of boosting qi and nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation and were treated with selfdesigned TCM formula.Then the two groups' changes of hemorheology indexes before and after the treatment,blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine (SCR),urinary albumin excretion rates (UAER) and uric micro-albumin in 24 h (24hUMA)and other related indexes were observed.Results:After the treatment,the two groups' improvement of hemorheology index was better than before the treatment:And the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The BUN.UAER,Scr and 24hUMA in the observation group were lower than those before treatment;the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Method of boosting qi and nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation can effectively improve the hypercoagulable state in patients with diabetic nephropathy,thereby promoting the improvement of microcirculation,reducing renal damage,and delaying the progress of the disease.关键词
