仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗绝经期骨质疏松症临床研究
The Clinical Research into menopausal osteoporosis Treated with Xianlinggubao Capsules

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Xianlinggubao Capsules(XLGBC) on menopausal osteoporosis.Methods:Sixty-two patients with menopausal osteoporosis who were treated in our hospital were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 31 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given Elcitonin for intramuscular injection,while the ones in the observation group were added XLGBC for oral administration based on the treatment of the control group.Then the clinical efficacies of the two groups and the changes of bone mineral density before and after the treatment were observed.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 90.3％,while that of the control group was 67.7％,and the difference in the clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the two groups' L2-4 lumbar spine and trochanter BMD increased significantly (P ＜ 0.05),the bone density of the observation group's L2-4,femoral neck and trochanter of femur were significantly higher than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05).After the treatment,the observation group's serum calcium was (2.90 ±0.25) mmol/L,blood phosphorus was (1.93 ± 0.22) mmol/L,serum phosphatase was 89.72 ± 11.23) IU/L,compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Xianlinggubao Capsulea assisting Elcitonin has a good curative effect on patients with menopausal osteoporosis.关键词
