纤维肌痛合剂配合推拿治疗原发性纤维肌痛综合征临床研究
The Clinical Research into Primary Fibromyalgia Syndrome Treated with Fibromyalgia mixture in Combination with Massage

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of fibromyalgia mixture in combination with massage on primary fibromyalgia syndrome (PFS).Methods:Fifty-eight patients with PFS were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 29 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given fibromyalgia mixture for oral administration,while the ones in the treatment group were added massage based on the treatment of the control group.Then the two groups' clinical curative effects were observed.Their VAS scores,pressure pain points and FIQR score changes before and after the treatment were compared.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 82.76％,while that of the control group was 62.07％,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the two groups' VAS scores,pressure pain points and FIQR scores were significantly improved.The treatment group was better than the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Fibromyalgia mixture in combination with massage on primary fibromyalgia syndrome has a remarkable clinical curative effect on PFS,can significantly improve the patients' clinical symptoms.关键词
