手足浸泡方治疗手足综合征临床研究
The Clinical Research into Hand-Foot Syndrome Treated with Hand-Foot Soaking Decoction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Hand-Foot Soaking Decoction on hand-foot syndrome (HFS).Methods:Seventy-nine patients were randomly divided into the control group A with 30 cases,the control group B with 19 cases and the treatment group with 30 cases.Each group was given chemotherapy.Since the beginning of chemotherapy,the ones in the treatment group were treated with Hand-Foot Soaking Decoction;The ones in the control group A were treated with povidone iodine with 0.3％ of mass fraction;The ones in the control group B were treated with vitamin B6 for oral administration.Then the three groups' clinical curative effects,total chemotherapy time,and the changes of electrophysiology before and after treatment were observed.Results:The effective rate of the control group A was 70％,while that of the control group B 63.2％,and that of the treatment group was 86.7％;The differences between the three groups were statistically significant((P＜0.05).The total chemotherapy time of the treatment group,the control group A and the control group B was (4.24 ± 1.02) months,(6.20 ± 1.35) months and(6.51 ± 1.41) months respectively.The differences between the treatment group and the other two groups were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in neurophysiological changes before and after the treatment in each group (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Hand-Foot Soaking Decoction can significantly reduce the symptoms of hand foot syndrome after chemotherapy,improve the patient's tolerance to chemotherapy and improve their quality of life.关键词
