Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation on sicca syndrome (SS).Methods:Fifty-four patients with SS were divided into the following types:liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome,spleenstomach qi deficiency syndrome,dampness-heat obstruction syndrome,and cold-dampness obstruction syndrome.For liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome,Liuwei Dihuang Wan and Stream-Reducing Beverage were used together;For spleen-stomach qi deficiency syndrome,Ginseng and Poria and Atractylodes Macrocephalae Pills,and Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction were used together:For Qi-Yin deficiency,Eight Gem Decoction,and Yin-Nourishing and Lung-Clearing Decoction were used together;For dampness-heat obstruction syndrome.Peach Kernel and Carthamus Four Substances Decoction,ueraria and Scutellaria and Coptis Decoction were used together;For cold-dampness obstruction syndrome,Large Gentian Decoction,and Modified Four Substances Decoction were used together.Results:Among 54 cases,7 cases were cured;32 were markedly effective;14 were effective;1 was ineffective;And the effective rate was 100％.Conclusion:Treatment based on syndrome differentiation has a remarkable clinical curative effect on SS.关键词
