Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Nourishing Kidney and Activating Blood Circulation in combination with premarin on premature ovarian failure (POF).Methods:Sixty patients with POF were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given premarin for treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were added Decoction for Nourishing Kidney and Activating Blood Circulation based on the treatment of the control group.Then the two groups' clinical curative effects were observed.Their changes of hormone level and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 73.33％,while that of the treatment group was 93.33％,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Before the treatment,the differences in the two groups' serum luteinizing hormone (LH),progesterone (P),follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH),estradiol (E2) and pituitary prolactin (PRL) were not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).But after the treatment,their FSH,PRL and LH levels decreased,E2 and P level increased,the differences were statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the quality of life score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Decoction for Nourishing Kidney and Activating Blood Circulation in combination with premarin has a remarkable clinical curative effect on POF,can effectively regulate the hormone level,improve the symptoms of patients,so as to improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
