中医药治疗胆囊息肉样病变研究概述
Summary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Polypoid Lesions of Gallbladder
摘要
Abstract
In terms of gallbladder polyps,most of the doctors think that it is due to blood stasis.Some doctors think that it has something to do with qi,dampness,phlegm,toxicity and other pathological factors,so they use TCM to treat gallbladder polyps and achieve very good efficacy and improvement,which shows the advantages and potential of TCM in the treatment of gallbladder polyps.Compared with Western medicine operation treatment,TCM has obvious advantages,can avoid the complications and improve the quality of life of patients.But the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gallbladder polyps is still in the early stages,different physicians have not formed a unified standard of the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,therapeutic efficacy evaluation.The poor comparability among different reports reduces the credibility of the total effectiveness.Many reports in the literature are limited to clinical experience summaries without systematic experimental verification.Clinical observ ation belongs to " short-term behavior",and lacks prospective studies.Therefore,in the future work,in addition to summing up clinical experience,we should not only regulate standards of the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,therapeutic effect to make different prescriptions' efficaeies comparable,but also carry out more prospective,multi-center,large-sample clinical studies,screen specific drugs so as to improve the clinical curative effect.关键词
