酸甘养阴,软坚散结方治甲亢的临床疗效及其肝保护作用观察
Effect of Suanganhuayin Ruanjiansanjie Formula in Treatment of Hyperthyroidism and its Hepatoprotective Activity

Abstract
Objective To observe Suanganyangyin Ruanjiansanjie formula combined with convetinal therapy in treament of hyperthyroidism, and its hepatoprotective activity. Methods The 108 patients with hyperthyroidism combined with liver in-jury were randomly divided into the control group (administrated with methimazole for two courses) and treatment group (ad-ministrated with methimazole and TCM decoction for two courses), 54 cases in each group, one course was for 30 d. Level of thyroid function, body weight, liver function were tested before and after treatment. Results The total effective rates of treat-ment group and control group were 94.4% and 83.3%, respectively, there was statistical difference between two groups (P<0.05). The thyroid hormone level and body weight after treatment were higher than that berore treatment (P<0.05 ). The liver function indicators after treatment were significantly better than those after treatment (P<0.05).After treatment, thyroid hormones levels (FT3, FT4, TSH) and liver function indicators (ALT, AST, ALP, TbiL4) were statistically significant (P<0.05), and trea-ment group was more efficient in indicator than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Suanganhuayin Ruanjiansanjie formula combined with methimazole could significantly regulate the thyroid funtion, improve the symptoms and recovery liver functions, which has important clinical significance.关键词
