Abstract
This paper reviews the pharmacological activity and its action mechanism of camptothecin and its derivatives,and the design and synthesis of its derivatives in recent years,from the design of camptothecin and its derivatives.The structure-activity relationship was discussed,to bring new ideas of research design of this kind of drugs.关键词
