中药灌肠联合美沙拉嗪口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎的系统评价
A Systematic Review of Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema Combined with Mesalazine in Treating Ulcerative Colitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with mesalazine in treating Ulcerative colitis.Methods:Databases as CNKI,WANGFANG,CBM,VIP,PubMed,Cochrane Library (The search time was April 2016),relevant journals,and the literature of RCTs were all enrolled.The quality of RCTs was assessed by using Jadad scores,meta-analyses were performed with Review Manager 5.3 software.Results:There were twenty-two articles enrolled.And 1579 patients were included.The result of Meta-analyses showed that treatment group could improve the effective rate [RR=1.25,95％ CI (1.19,1.31),P＜O.00001],reduce the recurrence rate [RR=0.45,95％ CI (0.26,0.77),P=0.003],and reduce the Erythrocyte sedimentation rate [WMD=-5.36,95％ CI (-8.10,-2.61),P=0.0001].Conclusion:The combination of TCM enema and mesalazine in treating Ulcerative colitis is better than only using mesalazine.关键词
