Abstract
To solve the problems in the traditional erythromycin (EM) production process,a new process for recovery of EM from fermentation broth,including membrane filtration,macroporous resin adsorption,impurity washing,EM desorption,EM thiocyanate crystallization,and resin regeneration,was proposed.Using EM fermentation broth as starting material,the technological conditions and practical effects of each unit operation were studied and optimized.The ceramic membrane with the pore size of 50 nm was selected for the pretreatment of fermentation broth.The average decolorization ratio,the average deproteinization ratio and the average EM yield were 54.0%,67.5% and 92.5%,respectively.The macroporous resin adsorption was used for the concentration of EM from filtrate.The purity of final product had an increase of 2.31% compared with the original process with a yield of 92.6%.The mixture of volume fraction 50% acetone and 50% 0.40 mol/L NaOH solution was chosen to regenerate the exhausted resin,and the saturated adsorption capacity of the regenerated resin was no less than 80% of that of the fresh resin.关键词
