用于多射流撞击式喷嘴的湍流模型比较研究
Comparison study of turbulence models in numerical simulation of multi-jets impinging injectors

Abstract
In order to obtain the applicability and accuracy of commonly used turbulence models in numerical simulation of multi-jets impinging injectors,the velocity fields calculated by commonly used turbulence models through numerical simulation were analyzed,and were compared with experimental data measured in a self-built cold test facility.The results show that the S-A model overpredicts the turbulent dissipation of the impinging flow and the main jet flow,which results in a more fiat main jet after the impinging of multiple jets,and the main jet decays faster to become a plug flow.The RNG k-ε model and standard k-ω model produce stronger main jets after the impinging of multiple jets.The RNG k-ε model overpredicts the decay of the main jet,while the standard k-ω model underpredicts the decay of the main jet.The standard k-ε model,Realizable k-ε model,SST k-ω model and RSM model all satisfactorily predict the distributions of the axial velocity.Considering the computational cost and the stability,it is recommended to use the standard k-ε model and Realizable k-ε model to simulate the turbulent flow of multi-jets impinging injectors.关键词
