摘要

Abstract

Acetylene as an important chemical raw materials,can be used to produce polyvinyl chloride,vinyl acetate and others chemical products.China is a country with relatively abundant coal reserves and shortage of petroleum resources,the research of coal chemical industry with great significance,help to ease the oil shortage.Compared with the traditional technology,the new technology of plasma pyrolysis of coal is the trend of acetylene preparation with many advantages,such as environmental protection,energy saving and high efficiency.The mechanism of coal plasma pyrolysis of acetylene technology was introduced in recent years,the existing three key issues for the development of technology,for the research and development of equipment,reducing coking technology,save energy and reduce the cost,were reviewed and summarized.Pointed out that the current problem existing in coal acetylene plasma technology,saving energy and reducing consumption,and large-scale equipment would be the development trend of this technology.
