摘要

Abstract

Based on the avalanche effect, and a research on the mechanism of traditional MARX circuit is made, then a kind of improved MARX nanosecond pulsers with high-repetition frequency and high stability has been designed, the trigger frequency is above 100KHZ, and the pulse amplitude is over 400V, and the pulse width is less than 2ns.Then a lot of experimental researches on improved MARX circuit are made, pulse properties in different cases of parameter configuration are analyzed, finally, the optimal parameter configuration mode is obtained, and can fully meet the design requirements of ultra-wide band radar transmitter.
