黄啟金教授治疗乙型肝炎相关性肾炎
Professor HUANG Qijin's experience in the treatment of HBV associated glomerulonephritis

Abstract
Hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis is an invasion of the human body,resulting in a large number of surface antigen immune complexes deposition and adsorption in the glomerular and induced glomerulonephritis.Its clinical manifestations is a large number of proteinuria,microscopic or gross hematuria,hypertension,renal dysfunction and kidney disease of obvious liver damage,it is difficult to treat in the department of nephropathy,there is a growing trend in recent years.Professor HUANG Qijin in the treatment from the spleen,kidney and liver,the basic principle is tonifying kidney,nourishing the liver and invigorate spleen.TCM Treatment of tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen,nourishing liver and kidney,clearing heat and detoxicating,promoting blood circulation and diuretics for eliminating dampness were summarized.The prescription of Shenkang decoction of Professor HUANG Qijin in clinical application,combined with modem westem medicine of antiviral treatment,protect renal function,which has a better clinical effect.关键词
