Abstract
Professor TU Jinwen pays attention to the qi depression of shaoyang channel which is the basic pathogenesis of Chaihu add Longgu Muli decoction when using it in clinic,at the same time,he also thinks that the pathogenesis can develope into two possibilities,they are stagnation of phlegm and stagnated fire,and they have respective differences.For example,because of qi depression of shaoyang channel,water metabolism disorders,then it can grow into the phlegm obstructing the collaterals of the brain,which finally leads to the unilateral headache.As the same reason,stagnated fire disturbs the mind so that people have the insomnia,and similarly the phlegm blends the stagnated fire making heart spirit confused by them etc.Professor TU Jinwen always combines the disease differentiation and the syndrome differentiation,when treating common diseases of nervous system,but he would rather emphasize the latter one,which is so-called the same syndrome has the same therapeutic method otherwise with different way,namely grasping the main syndrome to cure the system disease.With regard to the addition and subtraction of the prescription,professor TU not only takes original pathogenesis characteristics of the classical prescription seriously,but also flexibly adds and subtracts herbs with the syndrome changes in order to the consistency embracing the prescription and the syndrome.关键词
