养心氏片联合吲达帕胺治疗老年高血压合并冠心病
Yangxinshi tables combined indapamide in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Yangxinshi tables combined with indapamide in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 106 elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected as the research object and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 53 cases.All patients were performed conventional treatments,such as nitroglycerin and statin.The control group on the basis of other oral administration of indapamide(1 table/time,1 time/ d),the treatment group was given Yangxinshi tables (2 table/time,3 time/d) on the basis of control group,two groups were treated for a period of two months.To evaluate the effect of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram and hypertension in two groups.Before and after the treatment,the levels of diastolic and systolic blood pressure,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C were detected in two groups.Results In the observation group angina pectoris,electrocardiogram and hypertension curative effect appraisal,the total effective rate was 86.8％,84.9％ and 90.5％ respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05));After the treatment,the levels of diastolic and systolic blood pressure were (110.6 ± 15.1) mmHg and (82.6 ± 9.6) mmHg (lmmHg=0.133kPa),significantly lower than the treatment group (P＜0.05);TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C were significantly better than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Yangxinshi tables combined with indapamide treatment can significantly improve angina pectoris in elderly hypertensive patients with coronary heart disease,hypertension and ECG efficacy,lower blood pressure,and improve the blood lipid index.关键词
