Abstract
Palpitation found in clinical practice,the long-term used of anti-arrhythmic medicine treatment is often ineffective,and can cause more adverse reactions.At the same time,the anti-arrhythmic medicine is also one of the many factors which result in various diseases of arrhythmia.In terms of statistical analysis,the phlegm-heat palpitation is becoming increasingly commonplace.The modified Huanglian Wendan decoction has the effects of removing heat-phlegm and calming the nerves for the treatment,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis and dredging the collaterals,clearing damp heat and harmonizing spleen and stomach,which has significant curative effects in treatment of the phlegm-heat and blood-stasis palpitation.In pharmacological research,Huanglian Wendan decotion can control of the occurrence and development of arrhythmia by the pharmacological action of changes in heart conduction regulation of blood lipid,anti platelet aggregation and blood pressure,which is superior to the use of anti arrhythmia drugs alone.关键词
