Effect of SFPG combination with sertraline in the treatment of hypertension with GAD
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect and the safety of SFPG combined sertraline in the treatment of hypertension with GAD.Methods 60 cases of GAD patients were randomly divided into SFPG combined with sertraline group and sertraline monotherapy group,before treatment and after treatment of 2,4,6 weeks with HAMA rating scale to assess its efficacy,side effect was assessed with TESS and observe them.Results After 6 weeks treatment,compared with sertraline monotherapy group,HAMA score reduction rate has significant differences in the combination group,and the adverse reaction was significantly reduced (P＜0.01),combination group was 90.00％,the monotherapy group was 73.33％,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.01).After six weeks,TESS scores have significant difference (P＜0.01).Conclusion SFPG has a significant auxiliary function in the treatment of GAD patients with hypertension and less side effects.关键词
