舒经活血汤联合解剖钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效及对TGF-p表达的影响
Effects of Shujing Huoxue decoction combined with anatomic plate internal fixation on tibial plateau fracture and TGF-β expression

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect ofShujing Huoxue decoction combined with anatomical plate internal fixation on bone metabolism,hemorheology,coagulation indexes and TGF-β expression in tibial plateau fracture.Methods 90 cases of tibial plateau fractures in our hospital were sdected and divided into observation group (n=45) The control group was treated with anatomical plate internal fixation,the observation group increased shujing huoxue decdtion on the basis of the control group.The knee function recovery.Changes of bone metabolism,hemorrheology,coagulation and TGF-β were compared between the two groups before and after operation.Results Compared with before operation,the total score of HSS,BALP and TGF-β levels were significantly increased,β-CTX level,high,middle and low shear whole blood viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte electrophoresis and hematocrit levels were significantly lower,and the difference between the two groups was significant (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Compared with before operation,the level of 6-Keto-PGFlα in observation group was significantly increased,the levels of TXB2 and TXB2/6-Keto-PGFlα were significantly decreased,the 6-KetoPGF1,TXB2 and TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1 α in the control group were no significant difference before and after operation (P＞0.05),but the difference between the two groups was significant (P＜0.01).Conclusion The treatment of tibial plateau fracture with anatomical plate internal fixation combined with Shujing Huoxue decoction can significantly improve the blood rheology of the body,improve the level of TGF-[β,and then accelerate the bone healing.关键词
