中药提取物逆转结直肠癌多药耐药的研究进展
Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine extract in reversing the multidrug resistance of colorectal cancer
摘要
Abstract
-Objective To find the new ideas of reversing the multidrug resistance (MDR) of colorectal cancer from the point of traditional Chinese medicine extract and summarize the mechanism of the multidrug resistance of colorectal cancer.Methods The articles about traditional Chinese medicine extract in reversing the multidrug resistance of colorectal cancer that published in the latest 20 years in CNKI and Wan Fang database were conducted.Results There are several mechanism about the MDR of colorectal cancer,which contain the high expression of the ATP-binding cassette transport protein,the change of the drag-resistance related enzyme,the resistance of apoptosis pathway and the expression of colon cancer stem cells,etc.Some Chinese medicine extract has been shown to reverse multidrug resistance of colorectal cancer,such as curcumin,schisandrin B,tetrandrine etc.Conclusion The mechanism of the MDR of colorectal cancer is complicated,and the research of traditional Chinese medicine extract in reversing the multidrug resistance of colorectal cancer need to further explore.关键词
