The ratio of thick filaments to thin filaments in skeleton muscle fibers
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To determine the ratio of thick and thin filaments in skeleton muscle fibers.Methods:Numerical calculation and mathematical geometry methods were used to calculate the ratio of thick and thin filaments.Results:The ratio of thick to thin was about 1 ∶ 2 when setting either thick or thin as the border in the mathematic model.The ratio of thick and thin was also 1 ∶ 2 when assuming unlimited number of thick and thin filaments using mathematics method of geometric model.Conclusion:The ratio of thick filaments to thin filaments in skeleton muscle fibers is about 1 ∶ 2.1 in vivo.关键词
