摘要

Abstract

Signcryption integrates the two concepts of signature and encryption,and outperforms the traditional signature-first-encryption-then system in computation amount and operation speed.And the self-certified public key eliminates the need of public key certificate management and saves cost.In view of the advantages of both,we present a parallel multiple signcryption scheme based on self certified cryptography,which makes the idea that multiple signers can sign the same message and multiple decryptors can decrypt it simultaneously achievable.It can be widely used in electronic cash,secret key management and message distribution of the router.The random predict theory verifies its security.
