VIEW CALCULATION OF TACIT KNOWLEDGE EXPLICIT CASE BASED ON RS-FAHP

Abstract
In the era of knowledge economy, the effective organization and management of tacit knowledge becomes the core competence of knowledge subject, which affected the sustainable development of organization.Case explicit of tacit knowledge is an effective way to improve its clarity and improve the management efficiency.Based on its conditional aspect/attribute value, reasonable calculation of case view directly affects the application benefit of external explicit tacit knowledge.In view of the fact that the traditional direct weighting method leads to the severe subjective impact of the case view calculation, the objective persuasiveness of the weighting result is not high, and the simple object weight allocation ignores the expert knowledge and causes the knowledge subject to accept the obstacle of the case view.Based on the theory of subject-object integration and relying on rough set theory (RS), two kinds of objective weighting methods based on property dependence and conditional entropy are merged.FAHP is introduced to take into account the business experience and knowledge of domain experts, and the view calculation method of tacit knowledge explicit case based on RS-FAHP is proposed.The experimental results show that the method is sufficient to support the effective application and management of the tacit knowledge explicit case.关键词
