摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the pollution characteristics of extracellular antibiotic resistance genes(eARGs) in tap water in a district in Tianjin and to find the patterns of change of eARGs.Methods Tap water samples were collected and enriched by nucleic acid adsorption particle column between December 2015 November 2016.Eight eARGs,including tetC,ermB,ampC,sul1,qnrA,aadA,catA1 and katG,were detected by qPCR.Results and Conclusion In the twelve water samples,tetC showed the highest detection rate of 66.7%,followed by sul1 and qnrA (41.7%),ampC(33.3%),aadA (16.7%),catA1 and katG (8.33%).ermB was not detected.Sul1 showed the highest concentration of (1.27±0.04)×105 GC/L.In June,most of the eARGs reached the highest concentration.In March and June,as many as five types of resistant genes were detected.There are many extracellular resistance genes in tap water.
