城市社区老年COPD病人健康教育内容需求调查分析

Abstract
Objective: To probe into the demand of of elderly patients with COPD in urban community on health education content.Methods:A total of 147 patients with stable COPD in communities were surveyed on the demand of health education content by self-designed questionnaire.Results: The scores of demands on the disease knowledge,drug treatment,oxygen therapy,rehabilitation training and preventive measures were 2.31±0.53,2.28±0.56,2.63±1.08,2.25±0.65,2.38±0.52,respectively.The demands on disease knowledge and rehabilitation training were positively correlated with education background,was negatively correlated with the demand on oxygen therapy.The demands on rehabilitation training and preventive measures were negatively correlated with disease duration and severity,while the demand on oxygen therapy was positively correlated with these two factors.Conclusion:Patients with stable COPD in communities had moderate demand on these five health education contents in present survey.The correlations between the demands and the education background,disease duration or severity were different from each other.关键词
