泌尿系肿瘤病人术前疾病不确定感与焦虑抑郁的相关性研究
Study on correlation between uncertainty in illness and anxiety-depression in patients with urologic neoplasms before operation

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the status quo of uncertainty in illness and anxiety-depression of the patients with urologic neoplasms before operation,and to analyze the relationship between them.Methods:A total of 50 urological inpatients in Peking University First Hospital were selected by using simple sampling.Mishel's Uncertainty in Illness Scale (MUIS) was used to evaluate the degree of uncertainty.The degree of anxiety-depression was assessed by Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HAD).Results:The total score of uncertainty was 91.94±9.73,which was at medium level.The score of anxiety was 6.76±3.18,17,15% of all patients were involved and had anxious emotions.The score of depression was 4.68±2.99,and 10 of the patients (20%) possessed depression.The uncertainty dimensions in uncertainty in illness was positively related to the anxiety and depression(r=0.31,P<0.05),(r=0.33,P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative urological neoplastic patients generally had medium level uncertainty,which was related to the anxiety-depression of them.With the detailed information relating to their diseases provided,the uncertainty feeling of patients could be decreased,and the degree of anxiety and depression may be improved.关键词
