摘要

Abstract

A new type of multi-channel servo control of miniature ultrasonic motor is proposed.The stator of the motor consists of an extensional ring and four driving foots.The shape of the stator looks like a straw hat.There are four driving foots under the extensional ring as a cross distribution.The round piezoelectric ceramics is bonded on disk substrate of stator and four rectangle piezoelectric ceramics are bonded on the side of driving foots.The bending vibrations of disk substrate and driving foots are used.The vibration produces displacement along the Z direction due to the fixing of the extensional ring and the motion of four driving foots is perpendicular to the Z direction.And the superposition of two kinds of vibrations forms elliptic motion on the face of driving foots.The performance of the prototype is investigated by experiments.The maximum unloaded speed of the motor is 1 165 r/min and the maximum output torque is 0.005 N·m.The diameter of the motor is 28 mm, and it still has a lot of potential on the miniaturization.The performance of the motor is suitable for the installation of the multi-channel actuator control.
