苏丹某金矿尼尔森重选-氰化浸出试验研究
Experimental Study on a Gold Ore in Sultan with Knelson Beneficiation-cyanide Leaching Method

Abstract
A low-grade gold ore with poor sulfide in sultan is quartz-vein gold deposit.Native gold mainly embeds in quartz minerals as middle and coarse particle size.Knelson beneficiation was adopted in order to abandon the tailings in advance,and cyanide leaching of the middlings was studied.Results show that if a two-stage re-election with Knelson concentrator and shaking table was used,besides,the two-stage grinding fineness of-0.074 mm was 75%,tailings could be abtained with productivity was 76.73%,grade was 0.23 g/t,recovery rate was 7.12%.The tailings could be abandoned in advance so as to reduce the production cost.Using cyanide leaching to deal with the middlings under the conditions of grinding fineness of-0.074mm 90%,pulp concentration 40%,lime dosage 2.5 kg/t,dosage of sodium cyanide 1.2 kg/t,leaching time 28h,the gold operating rate of 95.15% were abtained.Gold total recovery rate could reach 90.18% using the joint process.关键词
