单一磁选法制备超纯铁精矿的试验研究
Experimental Study on Using Single Magnetic Separation Method for Preparation of Ultra-pure Iron Concentrate
摘要
Abstract
In order to simplify the preparation process of ultra-pure iron ore and improve the economic benefits of enterprise,experimental study on preparation of uhra-pure magnetite iron ore was carried on the magnetite in Hebei.The results shows that total grade of the iron ore is 35.59％ mainly in the form of ferrum and the distribution ratio is 91.07％,evenly distributing in each particle size.The main gangue minerals are quartz,chlorite and so on.After stage grinding-low-intensity magnetic separation and two selection processes,it can get the iron concentrate,whose grade is 71.79％,recovery rate is 77.99％.关键词
