摘要

Abstract

In order to simplify the preparation process of ultra-pure iron ore and improve the economic benefits of enterprise,experimental study on preparation of uhra-pure magnetite iron ore was carried on the magnetite in Hebei.The results shows that total grade of the iron ore is 35.59% mainly in the form of ferrum and the distribution ratio is 91.07%,evenly distributing in each particle size.The main gangue minerals are quartz,chlorite and so on.After stage grinding-low-intensity magnetic separation and two selection processes,it can get the iron concentrate,whose grade is 71.79%,recovery rate is 77.99%.
