内蒙某金矿选矿工艺流程试验研究

Abstract
A gold ore sample is composed of primary ore and oxidized ore,using of joint technology of flotation-leaching recover gold mineral.By optimizing the conditions for testing the flotation operation,the best process of one roughing,four cleaning and two scavenging was determined.Finally,the gold concentrate with the gold grade of 48.85 g/t and recovery of 53.57% was obtained.Contrast test was carried on the flotation tailings by using low toxicity gold leaching agent and sodium cyanide.The leaching rate is about 31.66% by using the low toxicity,slightly lower than sodium cyanide.Comprehensive tests show that the combined process can get ideal technical indicators.The total gold recovery is 85.23%.关键词
