摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the recovery effect of gravity separation process for the micro-grained iron ore in Sijiaying,the hydraulic cyclone sand was used for the research of gravity process optimization through the full grain selection test and narrow size test.The results show it can get the iron concentrate products whose grade is 64.26% and recovery is 77.82% in the full grain selection test.After the grading test,+0.1mm grain size is only 32.66%.It is far lower than other grain grade and it is the important factor of low grade gravity concentrate products.In the narrow size test,with the decrease of particle size,the best concentration is gradually reduced.Finally,the grade of iron concentrate is 67.13% and the recovery is 77.09%.Compared with the full grain selection test,the effect of the narrow size test is better.In the case of the basically same recovery rate,the iron grade was increased nearly 3 %.
