摘要
Abstract
Porphyry copper molybdenum deposit is the important resource which copper and molybdenum can be extracted. The copper mineral mainly exists in the form ofchalcopyrite and the molybdenum mineral is generally in the form of molybdenite. The molybdenite is closely associated with chalcopyrite and pyrite in this kind of ore,in addition, because of the molybdenite and chalcopyrite can be floating similarly,so it is difficult to recover molybdenite from the copper molybdenum ore,and the technology is complex. The object of study is a Yunnan porphyry copper ore in this article, and the main mineral is chalcopyrite and molybdenite, which is disseminated finely. The test resuits showed that the copper concentrate with grade of 25.91% and recovery of 78.68%,and the molybdenum concentrate with grade of 45.79% and recovery of 88.35% were achieved with closed-circuit process of the coarse grinding and regrinding of coarse concentrate, one roughing, two cleaning, two scavenging and middles back to the flow-sheet in turn for copper and molybdenum mixed flotation, copper and molybdenum mixed concentrate removal of the flotation reagent, regfinding and with the closed-circuit process of one roughing, five cleanings, one scavenging and middling back for copper and molybdenum separation flotation. The indicators are good and it is effective for the separation and recovery of copper and molybdenum. It gives a positive guide for the industrial production to deal with the similar ore,and the significance of copper molybdenum ore resources comprehensive utilization is also important.关键词
