摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of reducing bleeding and preventing venous thrombosis by using tranexamic acid combined with low molecular weight heparin in the femoral intertrochanteric fractures underwent closed reduction and proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA) internal fixation.Methods The elderly 80 cases with intertrochanteric fractures underwent close reduction and PFNA were randomly divided into tranexamic acid with low molecular weight heparin group (experimental group, 40 cases) and low molecular weight heparin group (control group, 40 cases),the total blood loss, hidden blood loss, blood transfusion, blood transfusion cases, hemoglobin, blood coagulation index and the incidence of venous thrombosis in the two groups were observed and recorded.Results The total blood loss, hidden blood loss, blood transfusion, blood transfusion cases in the experimental group were lower than the control group, postoperative hemoglobin was significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the hemagglutination indexes of the two groups (P>0.05);two groups of patients had no serious bleeding tendency, no deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs was found by Doppler ultrasonography at 2 weeks after surgery.Conclusions Tranexamic acid combined with low molecular weight heparin in elderly intertrochanteric fractures with closed reduction and PFNA internal fixation in perioperative period can effectively reduce the volume of bleeding and prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity.关键词
