摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated with proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA).Methods Total 89 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fractures were treated by PFNA.Results All patients were followed up for 6~12 months.The fractures were healed well.No infection,nonunion and internal fixation failure happened.One case suffered from cerebral infarction at half a year after operation.At the last follow-up,the score of post-traumatic Harris hip function were excellent in 43 cases, good in 38, fail in 7, and poor in 1,the excellent and good rate of the operation was 91%.Conclusions PFNA for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures is reliable internail fixation,less trauma, early ambulation, the curative effect is better.关键词
