摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of locking plate assistation the fracture reduction.Methods The 20 cases of type C distal femoral fractures were treated by locking plate assistation reduction and fixation, postoperative femoral articular surface reset and the function of the knee joint were evaluated.Results Patients were followed up for 12~23 months.The results of distal femur articular surface reduction were excellent 16 cases, fair 4 cases.At 12~24 weeks after review, the X-ray films showed all fractures were healing.18 cases obtained satisfactory function of knee joint flexion and extension, knee joint activity was 90°~120°, HSS scores were 80~96.2 cases for the fear of the pain couldn′t cooperate effectively exercise, knee joint activity was 50°~80°.HSS scores were 70 and 75 respectively.Conclusions The locking plate auxiliary type C distal femoral fractures′ fixed effect and joint function are satisfactory.关键词
