摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of two kinds of nerve block in the treatment of clavicular fracture. Methods Sixty cases of clavicle fracture fixation surgery were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 30 cases were guided nerve block in ultrasound, A group received interscalene brachial plexus block, B group received interscalene brachial plexus combined with superficial cervical plexus block. The vital signs, VAS, the range of anesthesia, the excellent-good rate of anesthesia, the anesthetic and the adverse reactions were observed and compared between two groups. Results Vital signs: at skin incison, the blood pressure of A group was elevated, compared with the preoperation (P<0.05), and was slightly higher than that of B group (P<0.05);periosteal stripping VAS: A group (2.2±0.5), B group (1.3±0.5), B group was significantly lower than A group (P<0.05);reduction fixed VAS: A group (2.4±0.6), B group (1.4±0.3), B group was significantly lower than A group (P<0.05);comparison of anesthesia range, A group was 76.7%, 96.7% in B group, B group was better than A group (P<0.05).Anesthesia excellent-good rate: A group was 83.3%, B group was 96.7%, B group was better than A group (P<0.05).Auxiliary anesthesia: the dose of B group was significantly lower than that of A group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions Combination of brachial plexus combined with superficial cervical plexus nerve block is more suitable for shallow clavicle fracture internal fixation surgery.关键词
