原发性视网膜色素变性患者血清脂蛋白与血流参数相关性研究
Correlation between serum lipoprotein and blood flow parameters in patients with primary retinal pigmentosa

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum lipoprotein and blood flow parameters in patients with primary retinal pigmentosa.Methods We analyzed clinical data of 34 primary retinitis pigmentosa patients (n=68 eyes) diagnosed in our hospital between January 2012 and June 2016.28 healthy subjects were selected as the control group (n=56 eyes).Results Serum LDL-c, ApoB, ApoA1 were significantly higher in RP patients (P<0.05).PSV, EDV, RI, and PI were significantly lower in RP patients (P<0.05).Pearson correlation test showed that serum ApoB was negatively correlated to PSV and EDV (P<0.05), and LDL-c positively correlated to RI and PI (P<0.05).ApoA1 was positively correlated to PSV and EDV (P<0.05) and negatively correlated to PI and RI (P<0.05).Conclusions The abnormalities may be related to pathogenesis of lipid metabolism in PRP patients.Abnormal metabolism of LDL-c, ApoA1 and ApoB may affect the hemodynamic parameters of central retinal artery in PRP patients, and then reduce the retinal blood supply, which exacerbates the disease.关键词
