Abstract
Pedal cyclists' helmets are the necessary equipment for the protection of riders,and more and more attention are being paid to it with the development of pedal cyclist riding and similar motion.The pedal cyclists' helmet standards of China,USA,Japan and EU were compared and analyzed,and the similarities and differences of above standards at the aspects of test equipments,test methods and technical requirements were described.It clarified the focus of the world's major national standards for helmet safety requirements testing.The standards for helmet structure and test items are basically the same.At the same time,there are some differences among the standards at the aspects of technical requirements,test equipments,etc.However,these differences do not have obvious advantages,disadvantages and comparability.关键词
