Abstract
On the basis of carefully summarize the past production management experience,Shendong Coal Company researches and constructs Production Management System through independent innovation and realizes scientific management of production organization by means of information technology.This paper introduces the composition of production management system and the main function and the application of system in plan management of production splicing,equipment matching and production scheduling management.Using system to guide production and organization activities of company can specifies and simplifies the business process and improves the efficiency and quality of work.关键词
