Abstract
By mastering and understanding application conditions of standard operation procedure of various industries at home and abroad.We research the relationship of coal mine post standard operation procedure between lean management and risk management system;combined with the actual promotion experience of post standard procedure in Shendong Coal Group,we analyze and obtain that the promotion of standard operation procedure should be taken by the means of organization guarantee,system guarantee,technical guarantee,capital guarantee,cultural guarantee,training guarantee,information guarantee and other safeguard measures.At the same time,we obtain that the standard operation procedure plays a positive role in promoting coal mine post standard operation procedure in lean and risk management system.关键词
