急诊护士心理弹性与工作生活质量的相关性研究
Relationship between Resilience and Quality of Work Life of Emergency Nurses

Abstract
Objective To explore the status quo and relationship between resilience and quality of work life (QWL). Method Totally 209 emergency nurses were investigated with general information questionnaire, resilience scale and quality of work life scale. Independent-samples t test and Pearson correlation analysis were used for data analysis. Results The score of resilience and quality of work life was 54.94 ±12.04 and 95.51 ±15.16 respectively, which indicated a medium-low level of resilience and quality of work life. The total score of QWL and the score of work condition, work pressure, balance between work and family, working assessment and general well-being were all lower than those of nurses in other departments. The total score of resilience, hardiness, adaptability and target implementation were positively related with the total score of QWL, working condition, work control, balance between work and family, work assessment, general well-being and career satisfaction ( P<0.001). Conclusion Emergency nurses present poor resilience and quality of work life and the two are positively related with each other. It is necessary to improve the resilience of emergency nurses and then improve their quality of work life.关键词
