我国对比剂急性肾损伤水化预防相关文献计量学分析
Bibliometric Analysis of Literatures on Hydration Prevention of Contrast-induced Acute Kidney Injury in China

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current research on hydration prevention of contrast-induced acute kidney injury induced by contrast medium in China, and to provide reference for further research and development. Methods A retrieval study was conducted to collect literatures about hydration prevention of contrast-induced acute kidney injury induced by contrast medium in CNKI, CBM, VIP and Wanfang database from the establishment of the databases to July 2016, and then bibliometric analysis was carried out. Results Totally 102 articles were retrieved and the amount of literature was growing at an exponential rate. Twenty-seven (26.5%) papers were published in the top 10 journals of the related fields and the Journal of Nursing Science topped the list. Only 1 author published 3 or above papers accounting for 2.9% and she published altogether 3 articles. The top 5 regions with most published articles were Beijing (15 articles), Jiangsu province (14 articles), Henan province (9 articles), Guangdong province (8 articles) and Shandong province (8 articles),and 95.1% of the articles were from medical institution while 4.9% from colleges and universities. The fund-supported papers accounted for 4.9% and 60 articles (58.8%) were experimental study. Most studies focused on nursing, prevention of hydration and so on. Conclusion There is yearly increase of articles on hydration prevention of contrast-induced acute kidney injury, but related journals show great dispersion, the research regions is wide, the source of the organization is not balanced, and the fund support is less. It is far from enough in terms of research depth and width, object of study, risk factors, prevention of water, evaluation index, and other aspects of the deep-seated, multi-angle exploration.关键词
