护理高仿真模拟教学行为评价量表的汉化及信效度检验
Reliability and Validity of Sweeney-Clark 's Simulation Performance Rubric (Chinese version)

Abstract
Objective To translate the Sweeney-Clark's Simulation Performance Rubric (SSPR) into Chinese, and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version. Methods The translation of SSPR was based on the Brislin 's translation model and expert consultation and pilot study were conducted for culture adaptation before the Chinese version was accomplished. The reliability and validity of the Chinese version were tested in 117 nursing students. Results There were 8 dimensions including 40 items in the Chinese version of SSPR. The correlation coefficients between each dimension score and total score ranged from 0.554 to 0.762 (P<0.05) and the critical ration of each dimension ranged from 4.053~12.313(P<0.05). The dimension-level content validity index was 0.80~1 and scale-level content validity index was 0.98. Two factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 57.312%. The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total rubric was 0.827 and the two factors' coefficients were 0.724 and 0.816 respectively. The split-half reliability was 0.829 and the test-retest reliability 0.770. Conclusion The Chinese version of SSPR is reliable and valid and can be used as a performance evaluation tool for nursing high-fidelity simulation teaching in China.关键词
