Abstract
China nuclear power is faced with the Go-out's opportunity,but lack of method to prevent technology-spillover in the process of overseas investment.This paper analyses the technology spillover channels according to nuclear power Go-out model,identif-ying and evaluating threats,system vulnerability and impact information of technology-spillover by SSE-CMM;Then,it constructs the process risk information table for guiding the prevention program of technology spillover about China nuclear power FDI.It can be used as a reference method for the technologic risk management for China nuclear industry enterprises go-out.关键词
