Design of Scrubbing Machine for Facility Vegetable Straw Cleansing
摘要
Abstract
It is difficult to separate the waste materials such as plastic rope, film and so on, and it is difficult to realize large-scale and low-granularity crushing of eggplant bar and pepper bar.A kind of vegetable straw plastic kneading machine is designed for the facility vegetable straw.The scrubbing machine adopts a horizontal spiral structure on the whole, turns a small dial tooth arranged on the helical screw on the drum, rubs the teeth horizontally in the kneading cavity, and kneads the material by the small drive system and the rubbing tooth by the driving system.Granular material to meet the requirements of the conveyor belt and conveyor belt, particle size is not up to standard materials, together with the plastic rope, such as large dial teeth in the end of the projectile out of the drum.Based on the calculation of the power and the determination of the speed, the main components such as the drum structure, the mesh size and the kneading teeth are improved by the experiment.关键词
